đŸ‘ļChildcare Childcare and family activities will not be provided.
đŸĨ—Dietary requirements Dietary requirements will be accommodated. Please indicate them during registration.
📸Photography Attendance implies consent to photography and recording during the conference.
✈ī¸Nearest airport Brussels Airport (Zaventem), approximately 20 minutes by train from Leuven Station.
⚠ī¸Travel advice We recommend avoiding Brussels South Charleroi Airport due to the considerably longer transfer to Leuven.

đŸ’ļ Travel Support & Funding

RADICAL-CDG provides lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday for registered participants.

Travel Support

  • Representatives from AES-CDG, GlycoKids and CDG-UK are supported through ERDERA travel grants.
  • Representatives of patient organisations that are formal funded partners of RADICAL-CDG may have eligible travel and accommodation expenses covered through the project.

Accommodation & Travel

  • People living with CDG, family members and caregivers are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and accommodation.
  • Eligible project partners should follow the travel guidance provided by the RADICAL-CDG consortium.

📝 Abstract Submission & Participation

Abstract submissions

Due to the focused scope and limited capacity of the meeting, there will be no open call for abstract submissions.

Instead, each RADICAL-CDG researcher will be invited to nominate PhD students or postdoctoral researchers from their laboratory to present their work during the conference.

Photography & Recording

By attending the conference, participants consent to photography and video recording during the event. This information will also be clearly displayed at the venue.
